If you are new to Pilates and Restorative Movement I recommend the ‘Starter Pack’. This will give you 2 private training sessions, 5 small group sessions, plus a free programme to use at home while you are learning.  A great starting place!

What to Expect

parisYour body will respond differently to every session.  Initially you may experience some mild discomfort (as you do with any new regime) while we progressively align your posture and mindfully reduce physical restrictions.

I will always modify the programme to address what is most needed and presenting at the time to ensure we enhance your general wellbeing. You can expect to work at a level which safely challenges you while discovering your personal strengths and weaknesses.

Expect to finish your session feeling centred, calm and rejuvenated.  Your body will feel stretched, energised and open.

If you are ever feeling ‘out of sorts’ when attending, or If you have any health concerns, please advise me so I can provide you with the best possible support, and if necessary, refer you to another health professional.

What to Wear

Comfortable clothing that allows for movement and stays with you as you bend, stretch, rotate and move your body in different positions and directions. Avoid clothing which is excessively baggy. For your feet, toeless socks with grips are preferable; however, clean bare feet are great too. Please no jewellery (as it interferes with movements), strong perfumes and colognes.

What to Bring

Just yourself and your lovely smile. I provide towels and refreshments along with all of your equipment required for your workout and aromatherapy hot towels post workout.

There is ample off street and on street parking directly beneath my home on Battery Road. There is a nice warm up of 21 steps to reach the house. Please ensure you close the gate behind you and watch your step!

There is a separate toilet and bathroom for your use. You will be provided with a storage container for your personal belongings and I have a dedicated area to store footwear so we ensure a high standard of hygiene.

Please be ready to start on time, this way we respect other clients who attend sessions either side of you and we all get to enjoy our dedicated workout time together. Should you arrive while a session is in progress, please wait quietly in the porched area and I will greet you as soon I have finished the session.

Please register your bookings by Friday 12 noon every week.

The online schedule is updated every week at this time and any ‘small group’ sessions with less than 3 bookings may be cancelled so I can allocate ‘private training’ times.

There is an online booking service and smart phone app for your convenience where you can purchase and book sessions 24 hours a day.  You may also contact me directly:

If, in the event of unexpected illness or serious emergency you can’t attend, I will do my best to offer you a makeup session at another time.

Please note: any ‘small group’ session with less than 3 bookings may be cancelled. If so, I will notify you 24 hours prior to the starting time or, if in the event of personal illness or emergency, I will contact you as early as possible.
